RED HORIZON STRENGTHENS THE KNOWLEDGE BASE OF THEIR INTERNET APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT TEAM

NEWTOWN, CT, September 12, 2002 - Red Horizon, LLC announces today the addition of a new member to their Internet Application Development team and is proud to acknowledge Lisa Pecunia, Principal of Red Horizon, for her successful endeavor in pursuing and obtaining a Master's Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology.

Anish Lakhva, an Internet Application Developer with a specialty in Internet and database solutions, joins the Red Horizon team and brings with him the technical knowledge required to meet the challenging needs of the marketplace. Anish has spent the last several years working towards developing his programming and web application support skills through practical experience and formal education. Anish obtained a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Bridgeport and has successfully received four Microsoft Certified Professional certifications. While working on projects that involved database design and replication, communications, and data migration, Anish broadened his experience and gained solid expertise in SQL Server programming, database administration, and system development lifecycle methodology. Red Horizon is pleased to welcome Anish to the team.

Red Horizon is also proud to acknowledge Lisa Pecunia, Principal of Red Horizon, for her successful pursuit to obtain her Master's Degree in Computer Science. Lisa graduated from Sacred Heart University this past summer, after completing the Information Technology track. The Information Technology track is an innovative program designed specifically to accommodate the dynamic demands of the contemporary marketplace. With the exponential growth of the Internet, and the wide-ranging ramifications of the accompanying technologies, the IT track prepares individuals for careers that utilize, or are affected by, the latest technological advances and methods of modern business and industry. Within each graduating class, one or two individuals are selected to receive special recognition for academic excellence. Lisa Pecunia will be receiving this esteemed honor for her outstanding achievement earning the highest grade-point average in her class.
