Red Horizon Releases SourceAction 1.5 and Restructures Pricing Model to Include a Free Version

NEWTOWN, CT, October 4, 2002 - Red Horizon, LLC announces today the release of SourceAction^TM Version 1.5. SourceAction^TM is a secure, online issue tracking application that allows companies to track, manage, and resolve software defects and enhancement requests from customers and users. Along with addressing numerous issues identified by clients and internal testers, specific enhancements were made to provide for fuller reporting functionality and improved usability and work flow.

In addition to releasing a richer, more reliable product, Red Horizon has restructured its pricing model to include two pricing options: a reduced rate, fee-based version and a complimentary version.

All existing accounts are eligible to be converted to the complimentary version. In order to qualify for continued use of the complimentary version, companies are required to provide regular monthly feedback about their experiences using the product.
